Do you want the ability to book your own doctors’ appointments from home or on the move?

Would you like to order your prescriptions on line or have access to your medical records?

System one medical system can help you to do this.

SystmOnline is also available as an app, which can be used on Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) and on Android devices (mobile phones and tablets). The app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and from the Google Play Store. Simply click the relevant logo on the SystmOnline Login page.

Note: SystmOnline is only available from within the UK. You cannot access SystmOnline from abroad.

To use the SystmOnline service, you will need to request a SystmOnline username and password. You can do this in person at the practice or fill out the online form. You will need some Identification to verify who you are in order to obtain online access. The identification we ask for is as follows: recent bank statement, utility bill and a form of ID with your photograph on (such as passport or driving licence). If you already have SYSTEM ONE Online access for appointments and prescriptions, you will need to bring in the required ID before you can use the Access to Records facility.

We cannot accept a representative on your behalf for access to your medical records. Children aged 14 and over must register themselves and the appropriate I.D. should still be provided. For parents/guardians under 14 we will ask for I.D. from the parent.

We have taken these identification measures so you only, and not a representative can access your record.
