With the help of our patients we have been sucessfully running our patient representative group since February 2011. The patient group meets along with staff representatives from the practice at intervals determined by the group.
To ensure confidentiality and security the identity of patient members at all times remains confidential and is not divulged to any other party.
The group aims are to provide two way feedback between our patients and the practice on the services and facilities we offer.
Some of our patients said they were unable to attend our patient representative group, but still wanted to contribute. Therefore we have set up a virtual patient group which currently consists of 163 members. Patients are then able to contribute via email.
To join our virtual group all you need to do is provide us with your email address so you are able to send or receive news or feedback on the services and facilities on offer at the practice. Alternatively you can complete the forms below.
Both groups are open to patients of all ages. We encourage mums, dads, retired people and any other group of patients to either come along to one of our patient group meetings or join us in the Newland Group Practice- virtual group.
Alternatively you can contact Tracey Barker, Practice Manager on 344100 to get further details on the patient group or discuss how to become a group member. You can also email us or come along to the practice if you have any questions you wish to ask in order to become a member of the virtual or patient representative group.
If you are unable to join either of our groups your feedback or comments are still important to us. Contact Tracey or if you wish to speak to a member of staff or use our suggestions box which is located in the waiting room at the practice.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
